A letter from Kelly

To my employees, vendor partners and customers,

Thank you for your years of service, partnership and support over the last 25 years.

KELTEK has recently converted to 100% Employee Ownership and I have transferred 100% of my ownership to an established ESOP (Employee Stock Ownership Plan) organization, Rayser Holdings. Rayser is an Iowa Based Corporation, out of Cedar Rapids.

KELTEK’s Leadership Team will continue to operate the business under the same standards, services, product offerings, contact information, and location(s). I will remain in an executive role as Chief Business Development Officer with continued authority to negotiate and execute contracts with customers and vendors.

The future is bright for KELTEK and I look forward to your continued partnership.
